We collect information you provide directly when you use GmbWaleAI:
- Name, phone number, and email address used for registration
- Business profile data (locations, reviews, posts, photos) accessed via your connected business account
- Usage data such as actions performed within the app
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the GmbWaleAI service
- To sync and display your business profile data
- To send review request messages on your behalf via WhatsApp or email
- To generate AI-powered suggestions for posts and review replies
- To send service-related notifications
3. Business Profile Data Access
GmbWaleAI accesses your business profile data through secure OAuth 2.0. We only request permissions that are strictly necessary to provide the service — managing your business listing, syncing reviews, publishing posts, and showing analytics.
Google API Services User Data Policy:
GmbWaleAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not allow humans to read your data unless required by law, and do not use data beyond what is necessary to provide the in-app features.
You can revoke our access at any time from your account permissions page or from within the app settings.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers located in India. Access tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
- Business Profile APIs — for managing your business listing, reviews, and posts
- Razorpay — for subscription payments (payment data is handled directly by Razorpay; we do not store card details)
- AI Services (OpenAI / Gemini) — for generating content suggestions (only the relevant text content is sent; no personal identity data is shared)
- Firebase — for push notifications (device tokens only)
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
7. Your Rights
- Access or correct your personal data at any time from the app
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent for data access at any time
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
8. Children's Privacy
GmbWaleAI is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
